Illustrations will come with complex backgrounds, flat color, and shading/rendering (where appropriate).
Sketches will come with a minimalistic background or abstract patterns, and mainly flat color with minimal to no shading.Complex backgrounds have a detailed setting with various props, objects, characters, and/or buildings. This is only applied to Illustrations if chosen. Depending on how complex the background is described to be, it may increase the price. But 9.8/10 the price usually stays at it's base rate.Turn around times are an estimate and may be affected (see my Terms for more information).IMPORTANT NOTES:There is a 50% upfront payment to start the commission.For status on commissions, check my trello!

By agreeing to commission me, you agree automatically to my terms of service.I reserve the right to deny, cancel, or put on hold any commission at any time.

General
Delays or pauses may happen due to outside real-world events such as health, and family. You will be notified about such delays if it affects the commission time majorly.
All clients are limited to 2 major changes to the overall composition after rough sketches, and cannot change once the commission is fully complete. Minor changes that don't affect the whole composition are exempt.
All clients are restricted under set drawing limits. (see Drawing Limits section)

My Process
Sketching / Thumbnailing - A rough sketch is created outlining how the drawing will be projected to look like after upfront payment is paid. (See Payment/Refunds section).
Outline / Coloring / Rendering - Solid colors are applied over the sketch, with a solid outline included. Shading and lighting is then applied over the colors, contrasting necessary parts of the image.
Payment - Watermarked version of the completed work is sent before fully paying. Payment is made via agreed upon payment method. (see more in Payment/Refunds section)
Completion of Commission - I send the completed unwatermarked work through preferred platform once the commission is paid in full.
Payment/Refunds
After upfront payment has been sent, I can start the sketch. Payment is paid in full after the commissioned piece is done.
Only ways to pay me are through Paypal, and Cashapp. By default, Paypal is used.
No completed work will be sent over unless commissioned piece is fully paid. It is recommended that all clients have to be ready with payments by then.
You will be banned from ever recieving my services if you choose do a sudden charge-back of the payment or any attempt of scamming.
Refund Policy: Clients can get fully refunded during the sketching process if the compositions provided cannot fulfill the clients request, and said client requests a refund. Afterwards, there are no refunds even when the commission is paid in full.
Usage
Completed artworks can be used for personal use. However, they can never be used for commercial use (ex. advertising, merch). You need my approval for commercial use of my work.
If the commission cannot be shared anywhere including a clients alias, clients must contact me for discussion. Otherwise the commission work, work in progress, and the client's alias may be shared by default.
Clients cannot heavily alter my work through means of tracing, removing signatures/watermarks, or heavy amounts of editing. Cropping, resizing, and photo filters for non-commerical use are an exception. If watermarks need to be moved, I can do that free of charge if contacted.
Clients cannot claim the whole commissioned work to be theirs.
