All clients must fill and submit my Commission Form in order to be approved for commission. All sent messages expressing interest in commissioning will be responded with a redirection to the form.

Delays or pauses may happen due to outside real-world events such as health, and family. You will be notified about such delays if it affects the commission time majorly.

All clients are limited to 2 major changes to the overall composition after rough sketches, and cannot change once the commission is fully complete. Minor changes that don't affect the whole composition are exempt.

All clients are restricted under set drawing limits. (see Drawing Limits section)

Sketching / Thumbnailing - A rough sketch is created outlining how the drawing will be projected to look like after upfront payment is paid. (See Payment/Refunds section).

Outline / Coloring / Rendering - Solid colors are applied over the sketch, with a solid outline included. Shading and lighting is then applied over the colors, contrasting necessary parts of the image.

Payment - Watermarked version of the completed work is sent before fully paying. Payment is made via agreed upon payment method. (See more in Payment/Refunds section)

Completion of Commission - I send the completed unwatermarked work through preferred platform once the commission is paid in full.

Payment Methods: Paypal, Venmo, and Cashapp. By default, Paypal is used.

After upfront payment has been sent, I can start the sketch/thumbnailing process. Clients always have the option to pay fully upfront at the start.

No completed work will be sent over unless commissioned piece is fully paid. It is recommended that all clients have to be ready with payments by then.

You will be banned from ever recieving my services if you choose do a sudden charge-back of the payment or any attempt of scamming.

Any changes to pricing during active commission work will not affect the total cost.

Refund Policy: Clients can get fully refunded during the sketching process if the compositions provided cannot fulfill the clients request, and said client requests a refund. Afterwards, there are no refunds even when the commission is paid in full.

Completed artworks can be used for personal use. However, they can never be used for commercial use (ex. advertising, merch) and AI. You need my approval for commercial use of my work.

If the commission cannot be shared anywhere including a clients alias, clients must contact me for discussion or indicate their commission to be private on the commission form. Otherwise the commission work, work in progress, and the client's alias may be shared publicly by default.

Clients can publicly share commissoned work if they so choose, but must be posted with proper artist credit and/or tagging.

Clients cannot heavily alter my work through means of tracing, removing signatures/watermarks, or heavy amounts of editing. Cropping, resizing, and photo filters for non-commerical/personal use are an exception. If watermarks need to be moved, I can do that free of charge if contacted.

Clients cannot claim to be the artist behind the artwork, only what they owned before the commission.
