Terms of Service

  • By agreeing to commission me, you agree automatically to my terms of service. If there is any questions, feel free to contact!

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel commission at any point.

  • You will be notified about delays that may happen if it affects the commission time majorly, such as health, family, school, etc.

  • All commissions are limited to 2 major changes to the overall design, composition, etc of the artwork.

My Process

  • Rough Sketching / Thumbnailing - A rough sketch is created outlining how the drawing will be projected to look like after upfront payment is paid. (See Payment/Refunds section).

  • Check In - The client will offer feedback on the work in progress before proceeding to the finalized version of the commission. This may be repeated a couple times depending on the complexity of the commission.

  • Outline / Coloring / Rendering - Solid colors are applied over the sketch, with a solid outline included. Shading and lighting is then applied over the colors, contrasting necessary parts of the image.

  • Payment - Watermarked version of the completed work is sent before fully paying. Payment is made via agreed upon payment method. (See more in Payment/Refunds section)

  • Completion of Commission - I send the completed unwatermarked work through preferred platform once the commission is paid in full.

Payment/Refunds

  • Payment Methods: Paypal, Venmo, and Cashapp. By default, Paypal is used.

  • There is a 50% upfront payment to start a commission. Clients always have the option to pay fully upfront at the start.

  • Any fees, such as consumer fees from Paypal, will be added to the final total.

  • No completed work will be sent over unless commissioned piece is fully paid. It is recommended that all clients have to be ready with payments by then.

  • Any sudden and unreasonable chargebacks from a current or past client will be banned from commissioning, and potentially from other artists.

  • Refund Policy: Clients can get fully refunded during the sketching process if the compositions provided cannot fulfill the clients request, and said client requests a refund. Afterwards, there are no refunds even when the commission is paid in full.

Usage

  • Completed artworks can be used for personal use. However, they can never be used for commercial use (ex. advertising, merch) and AI. You need my approval for commercial use of my work.

  • If the commission cannot be shared anywhere including a clients alias, clients must contact me for discussion or indicate their commission to be private on the commission form. Otherwise the commission work, work in progress, and the client's alias may be shared publicly by default.

  • Clients can publicly share commissoned work if they so choose, but must be posted with proper artist credit and/or tagging. Commissioned work cannot be changed to publicly be credited as the client's or someone else's work.
